Delivery Policy

Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment.

• Your creation is delivered on the website: on the screen where you made it, and in My Videos, where you can watch and download it any time.
• Typical times: images and text about 1 minute; AI Studio videos and music a few minutes; template reels and your own videos about 10 to 15 minutes.
• You can close the page while it is being made. It will be waiting in My Videos.

If a creation cannot be made, your credits are returned automatically. If you paid but do not see your credits or your creation, email support@aawaraspeherex.com and we will sort it out.
