Terms & Conditions

AawarasphereX is an online service that creates AI-generated videos, images, music, audio and text. You can put yourself into our template videos, create a video from your own clip and photos, and use the AI models in AI Studio. All creations are digital and are delivered on the website.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You need an account, created with your email or Google sign-in. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account.

• Creations are paid with credits. Credits are bought in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay; ₹1 = 3 credits, and bigger packs include bonus credits.
• The number of credits for a creation is always shown before you confirm.
• Credits never expire. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred to another account, and can only be used on this website.
• Prices, packs and the credits needed for a creation may change. Changes never affect creations you have already paid for.
• Card, UPI and other payment details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store them.

• You may only upload photos, videos, audio and text that you own or have permission to use. Photos of other people need their consent.
• You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store and process it only to make your creation.
• You must follow our content rules: no nudity or sexual content, nothing involving anyone under 18 in a harmful way, no violence, hate, harassment, illegal activity, impersonation or deepfakes of real people without consent, and no content that breaks someone else's rights.
• Every request is checked automatically. We may block, stop or remove content that breaks these rules, and may close accounts that repeatedly do so.

• You may use your finished creations for personal and commercial purposes, as long as the content you uploaded was yours to use and you follow the law and these terms.
• Creations are made by AI. Results can vary, may contain mistakes, and may not look exactly like the preview or like you. We cannot promise a particular result.
• You are responsible for how you use and share what you create.

The website, its design, the template videos and the master prompts belong to AawarasphereX. You may copy a master prompt to use with any AI tool. You may not copy the website or re-sell our templates.

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable, and AI models may change or be removed. If a creation fails, your credits are returned automatically.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the creation or credit pack concerned. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for how others use content you choose to share.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse payments or credits.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
