Rules for creating your own video

• You upload a reference video and up to 7 photos of yourself.
• You see the exact number of credits once you have added your video and photos, then you confirm.
• Our AI puts you into your video, with the same moves and the same scene.
• It takes about 10 to 15 minutes. You can close the page. Your finished video appears in My Videos, where you can watch and download it whenever you like.

• MP4 file, 4 to 30 seconds long, up to 50 MB. Longer videos must be trimmed first.
• H.264 format. On iPhone, choose Settings > Camera > Formats > Most Compatible, or export the video as MP4.
• Works best with one clear main person, a steady camera and good light. Vertical (9:16) videos give the best result.
• Very fast cuts, crowds, heavy filters or text over the person can give weaker results.

• You can add up to 7 photos. The first one is the main one. More photos from different angles can improve the result.
• Clear, front-facing photos with your whole face visible, in good light.
• Only one person in each photo. No sunglasses, masks, heavy filters or edits.
• Every photo must be of you, or of someone who has clearly agreed to be used.

We may refuse, stop or remove any video that breaks these rules, and block repeat offenders.

• Nudity, sexual or revealing content of any kind.
• Anyone under 18, in the video or in any photo.
• Real public figures: celebrities, politicians, sportspeople or other well-known people, including using their face or pretending to be them.
• Using another person's face without their permission, or pretending to be someone you are not.
• Violence, gore, weapons, hate, harassment or anything illegal.
• Videos, music or images you do not own and have no permission to use, such as film clips or other creators' videos.
• Using the result to mislead or deceive people, or to harm anyone's reputation.

You confirm that you own the video and photos you upload, or have permission to use them. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use the finished video. Please do not post AI videos in a way that makes people believe they are real footage of someone.

Every video goes through automatic safety checks. If your video cannot be created, is stopped by the checks, or takes too long, your credits are returned in full automatically (older direct payments are refunded to the payment method used). You do not need to ask.

Results are made by AI, so quality can vary. Faces and movements may not always be perfect. We cannot promise a particular result.

• Videos you upload are stored privately and deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Your photos are stored privately and used only to create your video. We never sell or share them.
• Your finished videos stay in your My Videos tab so you can download them again.
• To have your files removed, contact us using the email below.

These rules apply to everything made in the AI Studio: images, videos, music, audio tools and text tools.

• No real people: do not ask for celebrities, politicians, public figures or any real person by name or likeness.
• Nothing involving anyone under 18 in a sexual, harmful or unsafe way.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, gore, hate, harassment, weapons instructions or anything illegal.
• No copying protected characters, logos or brands to pass them off as real, and no fake news or scams.
• Reference images must be yours or used with permission. Never upload someone else's photo without their consent.
• Videos, songs and recordings you upload must be yours or used with permission. Do not upload copyrighted music or videos you do not have the rights to, and do not use someone's voice without their consent.
• The number of credits is shown after you add everything the model needs and accept these rules. For upload tools (like the upscaler or vocal remover) it depends on the length of your file.
• Every description and reference image is checked automatically before you pay. Blocked requests are never charged.
• Files you upload are stored privately and deleted automatically after 30 days.
• If a creation fails or is stopped by a safety filter, your credits are returned in full automatically.
• Results are made by AI and can vary. We cannot promise a particular result, and you are responsible for how you use what you create.

• Everything on the website is paid with credits. Credit packs are bought in rupees on the Credits page (₹1 = 3 credits), and bigger packs include bonus credits.
• Credits can be used for template reels, your own videos and AI Studio on this website only.
• The exact number of credits is always shown before you confirm.
• Credits never expire. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, exchanged, or moved to another account.
• If a creation paid with credits fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• One person, one account.
• A pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase only if none of its credits have been used. Email us to ask.
• We may correct credits added by mistake, and may close accounts that abuse credits or payments.
