Refund & Cancellation Policy

• If a creation fails, is stopped by a safety filter after you confirmed it, or takes too long, the credits you used are returned to your balance automatically and instantly.
• If only part of a creation is made (for example 3 of 4 images, or 1 of 2 parts of a long video), the credits for the missing part are returned automatically.
• Older orders paid directly by card or UPI are refunded automatically to the same payment method.

• You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of buying it, if none of its credits have been used.
• Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack cannot be refunded. Unused credits never expire, so you can use them any time.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Creations are made by AI and results can vary. Because each creation uses paid AI processing, we cannot refund a creation that was completed successfully just because you do not like the result. If a finished creation is clearly broken (for example it will not play, or it is blank), email us within 7 days and we will return the credits.

A creation starts as soon as you confirm it, so it cannot be cancelled once started. If it fails, you are refunded as described above. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

• Credits come back to your balance instantly.
• Money refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
