• What you create: your finished videos, images, music, audio and results.
• Orders and credits: what you bought or created, credits used or returned, and payment references from Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical information: basic logs such as error reports and the time of requests, used to keep the site working.

• To make your creations and show them in My Videos.
• To run your account, credits, payments and automatic refunds.
• To check requests against our safety rules before anything is made.
• To fix problems and prevent fraud or misuse.
• To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

Only with the services we need to run AawarasphereX, and only for that purpose:

• AI model providers that make your creation (they receive the photos, videos, audio or text for that creation).
• Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• Our hosting, database and storage providers (Vercel, Supabase and Cloudflare).
• Our email provider, for service and alert emails.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

• Photos, videos and audio you upload to make a creation are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Finished creations are kept so you can re-download them from My Videos, until you ask us to delete them.
• Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your files are stored privately and are only reachable through short-lived secure links. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, including your uploads, creations and account, by emailing support@aawaraspeherex.com. We will reply within 7 working days.

AawarasphereX is only for people aged 18 and over.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
